I do not know when even passport, adhar card, documents worth crores of investments, credit cards etc can come by couriers, registered post, speed post and are safe, fast, legal and cheap then why there still exists bailiff sytem of British era???
And even in Britain they send now summons etc thru email. All work of income-tax is now online as it helps govt and chartered accountants are progressive people but judicial sytem are still caught in stone age as it suits old mentality advocates, litigants fear to raise voice, clerks of advocates and court and bailiff make money. bailiff in turn give info to Judges that which party happily gives tips so that they too can expect.
I am not having any time and interest for going to any belief . I have filed case by spending lot of time, money, and approached court as a sufferer and aggrieved and do not expect any harassment, delay, running pillar to post. Let bailiff and courts act on their own.
