Whet u need to do::
- Contact ur corporator who all who claim to be leader in ur area in groups / society / chawl members in strength and ensure Nallas are cleaned.
- Contact Tholiya Marketing and take flood insurance for home and office,shops and godown.
- Remove to higher levels all items which can get affected due to flood.
- Get all pit holes etc covered as children, women , sr citizens can drown.
- Ensure no water seeps in ur power supply/ meter box, wiring etc as can cause electrocution, failure,fire,accidents etc..
- On heavy rainy day park vehicles on higher levels.
- Save stocks of Cement and other items from rain.
- Carry out water proofing to save internal paint of ur rooms ( but I have not done myself).
- Ensure sr. citizens don't slip on wet surface.
